My husband wanted an airmail box but the colors he wanted were custom, he messaged and quickly received a response back and was provided a link to the exact product so I could order for Christmas and ensure it was correct.
I didn’t realize it was customer so about 10 days after ordering, I messaged the seller requesting any updates, I received a message back within 2 minutes and he kindly explained it was custom so it take more than the 2-3 days to be shipped. The box was shipped 48 hours later and within plenty of time for Christmas.
The packaging was heavy duty to ensure it arrived in perfect condition.
