How the Custom Order Process Works

Add your custom product to the cart and proceed through checkout. Upload your artwork or email it to us afterward. We accept SVG, EPS, PNG, JPG, and PDF.

2. Our Designers Begin Your Artwork

Within 1–3 business days, our design team will create your custom mockup using your logo, photos, text, or theme.

3. Approve Your Full-Color Design Proof

We will email you a design proof showing exactly what your boards or braces will look like. You can request any changes needed.

4. Production Begins

Once approved, we print your order using our professional UV flatbed printer. Everything is assembled, sanded, sealed, and inspected.

5. Shipping

We ship via FedEx Ground in reinforced packaging. You'll receive tracking and delivery updates automatically.
