FAQs
Who do you ship cornhole boards/bags with?
We ship our boards with FedEx Ground. We exclude Alaska and Hawaii.
We ship our cornhole bags with USPS Priority mail. We can ship bags to all 50 states.
How do you keep score during a game of cornhole?
Per official tournament rules, the first team to get to 21 points wins the game.
- Bags that land inside the hole are worth 3 points
- Bags that land on the board are worth 1 point.
- Cancellation Scoring: The approved method of scoring for the sport of cornhole is “cancellation” scoring. In cancellation scoring, the points of one player cancel out the points of their opponent.
We offer a few different products that make keeping score easy, such as our scoreboard leg braces or Score Stands.
How far apart are our boards supposed to be during a game?
The regulation distance for a set of cornhole boards is 27 feet. You measure this from the front of one board to the front of the other.
Can you do custom boards?
Absolutely! Custom sets take up the majority of our orders. Contact us at sales@cornholesolutions.com for questions about customizing your boards!
*We cannot print any trademark or copyright designs
If I place a custom order, do I get to see a proof before you print it?
Yes. We do order confirmations through Facebook Messenger and Email. If your communication line to us is over email, PLEASE check your SPAM folder for order emails.
What is your turnaround time?
We cannot promise turnaround times on custom orders because it varies based on many factors, but check out our In-Stock Designs for sets that can ship in 3-5 days!
What is your return policy?
We have our return policy posted on the website. Click Here to read more about it!
How do we store our cornhole boards?
We recommend storing them face to face with the foam your boards are shipped with in between to prevent scratching. Our Carrying Cases make it easy to store and protect your boards while they are not in use, and also make it a lot easier to transport your boards.
Do you offer any coupon codes or discounts?
If you look under our Scratch and Dent tab, we sell our imperfect boards at a discount. These are sets that usually have minor flaws such as a crack in the wood or chipped ink. These are perfect for customers looking for a nice set of boards but do not want to spend full price.
What does “possible patches” mean?
Patches are a normal part of using Baltic birch plywood. We wood fill before printing, but at times the patches are still slightly visible. They do not affect the playability of your boards.
My boards are too slick, what should I do?
Just like most products you buy, your boards need to be broken in as well. Once you play on your boards a few times, they will slow down.
I am having trouble deciding which type of bag I should get. What do you recommend?
We manufacture and sell a variety of different bag types to suit various types of cornhole players. Below are some review links that may be very helpful to you.
What is the difference between your Pro Solution Boards and your regular Tournament Boards?
While our regular tournament grade boards are great, we wanted to come up with a way to make them even better. There are 18mm(3/4") panels under all 3 sections of both boards. These add additional weight and stability. These boards also feature double legs with our circle leg brace. These sets play more quietly, so you can throw all night!
Do bags come with my order?
Bags are only included when you purchase one of our bundle options. We offer Backyard Bundles, REC Bundles, and Pro Bundles.
I’m buying one of your cornhole sets as a gift, does the packaging say what it contains?
It does not specifically state that there are cornhole boards in the box, but our logo is on the packaging as well as the label.
