Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Cornhole Solutions. Please carefully read our return and refund policy before making a purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. 

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Full refunds will be issued for the product returned, excluding shipping costs. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. To start a return, please contact sales@cornholesolutions.com with your name, order number, and a reason for your return request. A customer care representative will communicate with you on how to proceed. Once the return is approved, ship the item to: Cornhole Solutions 6490 W. Andrew Johnson Hwy Talbott, TN 37877 and email sales@cornholesolutions.com with tracking information. Since we have free shipping on several products, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to return any of those products. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. When your return has been received, we will notify you of your refund. We cannot accept returns on sale items, closeout, scratch & dent or custom products. 

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order after placement, please email Customer Service at sales@cornholesolutions.com ASAP. The term “Cancellation” and order number must be in the subject line of the email. We will do our best to cancel your order immediately.

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact us at sales@cornholesolutions.com. Any damage due to shipping must be reported within 1-2 days of shipment being received.
