The quality, communication, and speed of fulfillment was top notch. Only note was that I thought the led lights would come pre installed and the long wiring is difficult to secure so they are out of the way. But 5 stars all the way around.

Love my bag cooler, it work very well, the freezer pouch does seem to thaw out fairly quickly, but it does what i what it needs tobdonfor a couple of hrs. I do recommend it to everyone
