My boards arrived nicely packaged in about ten days. Eager to play I opened the box and discovered solidly built boards with a beautiful finish. Upon setting them up outdoors I was impressed with the heavy duty and tight construction. Then, enhanced by the light, I noticed the gouge going across the compass rose in one of the boards. What a bummer on such a nicely finished board. My wife and I played a few games noting that the gouge had no effect on the play of the board other than aesthetics. We decided to let Cornhole Solutions know of our discovery, but not to ask for a replacement. Steve Miles of Cornhole Solutions responded immediately and offered to replace the board stating that was a common problem that they try to avoid, we declined the offer. We hope that just informing them might improve their quality control. We also informed them that the order was missing the carrying bag that we ordered ands Steve replied that he would send it out, we have not yet received it but I'm sure it will arrive soon, as Steve seems to care about his customers and his products. We have now played about a dozen games on the boards and we are quite happy with them.
