This listing is for Frame Jigs, to assist in the building process. Once you have the jigs mounted to a work surface or another removable board, you can simply lay in all your frame pieces, clamp your frame tight, and screw them together without the pieces moving all over the table.
If you have any set up questions please reach out to us anytime!
What is in the box? You will receive mounting screws along with your jigs.
*The mounting holes are countersunk so the screws do not stick up above the top of the jigs.
What is the difference between a Corner Jig and a T Jig? Corner jigs will make a flush connection for your frames. T jigs will allow you to set the depth off the offset space on your corners. The T jigs also work well in the middle for using support braces on your frames.
Set Up: To set up your jigs, take your perfect frame. Set the frame inside the jigs. Position them on the work surface where you would like them to go. Be mindful of clamping and screwing, allowing enough room to work. Also, make sure to measure from corner to corner making sure your jigs are plum and square.
